Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ozyplan (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

Ozyplan helps students organize coursework and, for subscribers, generates AI-assisted analyses, briefings, forecasts, and study plans from materials you provide. AI output is assistive and may contain errors — see our AI & Academic Disclaimer.

Your account

• You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be permitted to use any content you upload.
• You can prepare your workspace — add courses, upload and import materials — for free.

Subscription & billing

• AI features require a paid subscription ($9.99/month). You pay up front; there is no free trial.
• Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Account → Subscription; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Every new subscription includes a 3-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with notice for future periods.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls, or disrupt it.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or use the Service unlawfully.
• Do not use AI output to violate your institution's academic-integrity policies.

Intellectual property

Ozyplan and everything that makes up the Service — its software, design, content, and brand — are owned by Ozyplan and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive only a limited, revocable license to use the Service as intended, and you may not copy, modify, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or use it to build a competing product. You keep ownership of the materials you upload. See our Copyright & IP Policy for details.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozyplan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. AI output is not professional, academic, or advising guidance.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
