Ozyplan uses AI to help you plan and study. Please understand its limits before relying on it.

Where AI is used

AI is involved in most of what Ozyplan produces. It reads your coursework and decides what each piece of work is asking for; it sorts assignments, quizzes and exams out of that material; it estimates effort and delay risk; it ranks what to do first; and it writes your briefings, forecasts, Study Packs and Worked Examples.

Some of that happens without you asking for it. When coursework is imported, the most useful material is read automatically, and on paid plans Ozyplan continues working through synced coursework in the background. The same limits apply to that output as to anything you generate by hand.

AI output is assistive, not authoritative

• AI-generated analyses, briefings, forecasts, effort estimates, priorities and study material can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as a helpful starting point, not fact.
• Always verify deadlines, requirements, and grading details against your official course materials and your instructor. Your school and your teachers are the authority on your work; Ozyplan is not.
• Imported information can be wrong at the source. A due date in Canvas may be out of date, a rubric may have been revised in class, and material can be added after Ozyplan last read it. It can only work from what it was able to see, when it saw it.
• Deciding which enrolments are academic classes, and which pieces of content are real work, involves judgment. Occasionally something is set aside that you wanted, or kept that you did not. You can review and change both.

Not professional advice

The Service does not provide academic, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Estimates such as effort hours, academic health and delay risk are approximations to help you prioritize, not predictions of your grades or guarantees of any outcome.

Academic integrity

You are responsible for using Ozyplan in line with your school's academic-integrity policies. It is designed to help you understand your workload, plan your own work, and study from your own material — not to complete graded work on your behalf. A Worked Example is built on a different premise from your assignment on purpose: same subject, same form, same requirements, but a different prompt, text or dataset — so it is something to work from, not something to submit.

Your judgment matters

Final decisions about what and how to study are yours. Use the Service as one input alongside your own judgment and your instructors' guidance.
