Ozyplan is a paid subscription with a 3-day money-back guarantee. This is not a free trial: you pay up front, your AI features unlock immediately, and you have a full 3 days to decide it's right for you.

The guarantee

The 3-day window starts at your initial successful subscription purchase.
If the product isn't right for you, request a full refund within that window and your subscription is canceled.
You can see your exact guarantee deadline in Account → Subscription while it is active.

How to request a refund

Go to Account → Subscription and choose Request refundwithin the guarantee window. Your subscription is canceled immediately and your payment is refunded to your original payment method. If for any reason the automatic refund cannot be completed, your request is recorded and we will process it manually. You can also email vidyasetu.support@gmail.com.

After the guarantee window

After 3 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
