Refund Policy — 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Ozyplan Pro is a paid subscription with a 3-day money-back guarantee. It is not a free trial: you pay up front, everything unlocks immediately, and you have a full 3 days to decide it's right for you. (Ozyplan also has a free tier that costs nothing and requires no card — the guarantee below concerns paid subscriptions only.)

The guarantee

  • The 3-day window starts at your initial successful subscription purchase.
  • If the product isn't right for you, request a full refund within that window and your subscription is canceled.
  • You can see your exact guarantee deadline on your billing page while it is active.

How to request a refund

Go to Account → Billing and choose Request refund within the guarantee window. Your subscription is canceled immediately and your payment is refunded to your original payment method. No email is required. If for any reason the automatic refund cannot be completed, your request is recorded, your subscription is still canceled, and we process the refund manually. Cancelling is not the same as refunding

Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for. Requesting a refund inside the guarantee window cancels the subscription immediately and returns your payment. Both are available from your billing page; the refund option appears only while the guarantee window is open.

After the guarantee window

After 3 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens to your coursework

Refunding or cancelling does not delete anything. Your courses, imported coursework, uploads and previously generated briefings and study material stay in your account; the paid features stop. You can delete your data yourself at any time from Account → Privacy & Data.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
