Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Ozyplan, including its software, design, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights reserved. This policy explains what we own, the narrow license you receive, and what you are not permitted to do. We enforce these rights.

Ownership

All materials that make up Ozyplan (the "Service") are the exclusive property of Ozyplan and its owner, or are used under license. This includes, without limitation:

• the source code, software, algorithms, data models, and the structure, sequence, and organization of the application;
• the user interface, layout, visual design, look and feel, graphics, icons, illustrations, and animations;
• all text, copy, wording, prompts, methodologies, and the design and presentation of AI output;
• the Ozyplan name, logo, brand, and all related names, marks, and slogans; and
• the compilation, arrangement, and selection of all of the above.

Nothing in the Service transfers any ownership or intellectual-property right to you. All rights not expressly granted below are reserved.

Your limited license

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial academic use. This license exists solely so you can use the product as intended and grants you no other rights.

What you may not do

Except with our prior express written permission, you may not, and may not permit or enable anyone else to:

• copy, reproduce, duplicate, republish, post, mirror, frame, publicly display, distribute, transmit, sell, license, rent, or otherwise commercialize any part of the Service;
• modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, data-mine, or use bots or other automated means to access, index, or extract the Service's content, code, or data;
• use any part of the Service — including its text, design, prompts, methodology, or the presentation of its output — to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop any machine-learning or AI model, dataset, or competing or derivative product;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice; or
• use the Service's brand, name, or logo without written authorization.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of the materials you upload or import (such as your own coursework and documents). We do not claim ownership of your content — you grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and display it so we can operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms. You are responsible for holding all rights necessary to upload anything you provide, and you must not upload material that infringes someone else's copyright.

Trademarks

Ozyplan, our logo, and related marks are trademarks of Ozyplan and its owner. You may not use them — in a product name, domain, metadata, advertising, or in any way likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement — without our prior written consent.

Enforcement

We take infringement seriously and will protect our intellectual property to the fullest extent available under the law. Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability, including injunctive relief, monetary damages, statutory damages, and recovery of legal fees and costs.

Reporting infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or made available through the Service in a way that constitutes infringement — or if you wish to report unauthorized use of Ozyplan's own work — email vidyasetu.support@gmail.com with: (1) identification of the work involved; (2) the specific location or URL; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We respond to valid notices and may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
